Home Energy Performance (HEP) Measures

This program offers incentives to home energy-efficiency specialists who are BPI-certified or are willing to undergo additional training to become a HEP Program Ally. Program Allies pass incentives on as discounts to homeowners.

The following measures are eligible for incentives:

Air / Duct Sealing: Up to $1,200

Attic Insulation: Up to $1,400

Wall Insulation: Up to $2,400
