Incentives for Improved Efficiency Lighting in Common Areas

Our Common Area Lighting Program offers financial incentives when you make the following lighting upgrades to your property's common areas:

• Upgrades and retrofits of lighting fixtures
• Replacement of incandescent bulbs with CFLs
• Installation of occupancy sensors
• Replacement/retrofit of inefficient exit sign lighting
