HVAC Tuneup Incentive
     Project Requirements:

• The energy-efficient equipment or services must be purchased, contracted for or performed on or after June 1, 2009.
• For the cooling tuneup incentive, the participant must be a delivery service Rate DS-2, DS-3 or DS-4 electric customer of the Ameren Illinois Utilities (AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS, AmerenIP).
• Customers with existing maintenance/service agreements  for their HVAC equipment are NOT eligible for the tune-up incentives.
• To participate in the natural gas tuneup incentive program, you must be a delivery service Rate GDS-2 natural gas customer of the Ameren Illinois Utilities (AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS, AmerenIP).

    New HVAC Equipment Incentive
     Project Requirements:

• Installation of the new equipment must be purchased, contracted for or completed on or after June 1, 2009.
• For the gas heating equipment incentive, you must be a delivery service Rate GDS-2 natural gas customer of the Ameren Illinois Utilities (AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS, AmerenIP) natural-gas customer.
• For the electric heating equipment incentive you must be a delivery service rate DS-2, DS-3, or DS-4 electric customer of the Ameren Illinois Utilities (AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS, AmerenIP) and you must apply through the Act On Energy Custom Incentive Program.
• For the cooling equipment incentive, you must be a delivery service Rate DS-2, DS-3, or DS-4 electric customer of the Ameren Illinois Utilities (AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS, AmerenIP), and you must apply through the HVAC Incentives Program.

     Here's How It Works

1. Complete the Small Business HVAC Application and submit it for pre-approval.
2. Receive pre-approval for your HVAC tuneup incentive from the Ameren Illinois Utilities.
3. Submit required documentation to the Ameren Illinois Utilities after the tune-up is complete.
4. The Ameren Illinois Utilities may conduct a post-installation inspection on select projects.
5. The Ameren Illinois Utilities will send an approval letter confirming your incentive payment and check.
6. Receive your incentive money!

     Here's How It Works

1. Complete the Small Business HVAC Application for gas heating equipment, the HVAC Incentive Application for cooling equipment, or the Custom Incentive Application for electric heating equipment, and submit it for pre-approval.
2. Receive pre-approval for your project incentive from the Ameren Illinois Utilities.
3. Purchase and install equipment.
4. Submit required documentation to the Ameren Illinois Utilities after the project is complete.
5. The Ameren Illinois Utilities may conduct a post-installation inspection on select projects.
6. The Ameren Illinois Utilities will send an approval letter confirming your incentive payment and check.
7. Receive your incentive money!
