You must be an AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS or AmerenIP non-residential electric customer on Small General Delivery Service Rate DS-2.
How do you know if you are on the Small General Delivery Service Rate DS-2?
Rate DS-2 customers are non-residential customers with a maximum monthly demand of less than 150 kilowatts (kW).
The best way to determine if you are a Rate DS-2 Customer is to look at the delivery service rate classification shown on your bill.

STEP TWO:
