d. The Ameren Illinois energy efficiency program is partnering with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Central Illinois Chapter to host Certified Energy Manager (CEM) training. Since its inception in 1981, the Certified Energy Manager credential has become widely accepted as a measure of professional accomplishment within the energy management field.
