Landlord Program

Our Landlord Program has been in place for several years and provides uninterrupted service and automatic billing for residential property managers when the Ameren Illinois Utilities are notified that a tenant is moving.

Landlord Direct

Landlord Direct is an expanded online service for residential property managers. This free program allows landlords to perform the following management functions for properties located in the Ameren Illinois Utilities' service territory through a secure, self-service Web portal that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

1. Add or remove a premise from a bill
2. Schedule electric and gas turn-on/off dates to match tenants' lease periods
3. Record move in/move out meter readings
4. Enter service orders to turn service on or off
5. View and print the energy consumption history of a premise
6. Receive e-mail notifications when turn-on orders are issued or voided, a shut-off for nonpayment order is issued, the name is changed on an account, and when turn-on or turn-off readings need to be submitted.
