Spread the Word! Everyone who recycles a refrigerator or freezer January 1 - March 31, 2013 is automatically entered to win a $2,000 shopping trip for an ENERGY STAR appliance of their choice.

Help the Environment and Help Your Organization!   We’re inviting nonprofit organizations—clubs, churches, youth groups, and more—to help us recycle refrigerators and freezers and get a $10 Referral Bonus for each recycled appliance they refer.

Help Us Get the Word Out!

All you have to do is let people know about the program. They’ll get a free pickup of their appliance, a $50 check in the mail, and they’ll start saving on their energy costs.

We’ll pay your organization $10 for every completed fridge or freezer pickup you refer. The referral program is ongoing. We hope you'll incorporate it into your regular fundraising efforts! NOTE: Pickup must be from a residence, not a business.

Do You Want YOUR Nonprofit Group to Participate? It's Easy...

1. Download a W-9 form here.
2. Scan and email it to fundraiser@ameren.com or fax it to 1.866.200.9481. Be sure to include your email address and phone number on the cover sheet.
3. We'll email your Group ID Number to you, along with a low resolution flyer appropriate for emailing, so you can start spreading the word right away!

How to Earn Referral Bonuses (after you have registered)

We have created interactive promotional tools to help you promote the program to your supporters. Just download the interactive FLYER or DOORHANGER (or both) and customize them with the Name and Group ID Number of your organization. NOTE: These are large PDFs, suitable for high resolution printing.

1. The flyer and doorhanger provide information on eligibility and instructions on how to ensure that your organization gets credit for each referral.
2. When they call the scheduling number, customers will be asked for your Group ID Number -- that's why it's IMPORTANT that you put the Group ID Number on all your promo materials!
   
3. Every month we’ll add up the number of completed pickups referred through your Group ID Number and send you a check for the total amount.
4. IMPORTANT: By participating, you are agreeing to promote the ActOnEnergy Recycling Program and, in return, you receive $10 for every eligible customer who states your Group ID Number when they call to schedule their pickup. Only completed pickups are eligible for the $10 referral bonus.
