Cash Rebates on Energy-saving Products for Your Home

A lot of energy goes into keeping your home comfortable, but ENERGY STAR^® qualified cooling, lighting and dehumidifying products can reduce your energy consumption by 5 to 20 percent. To make it easier for you to realize these savings, the Ameren Illinois Utilities are offering rebates to residential electric customers who purchase the following ENERGY STAR qualified products:

Room Air Conditioner Units - $35 Rebate
An ENERGY STAR qualified room air conditioner (A/C) unit will use at least 10 percent less energy than conventional models…more

ENERGY STAR qualified dehumidifiers remove the same amount of moisture as conventional models but use 10 to 20 percent less energy…more

How it Works
To participate in our rebate program, you must be a residential electric customer of the Ameren Illinois Utilities. Businesses are not eligible to participate. You may purchase your ENERGY STAR qualified room air conditioner, ceiling fan with built-in lighting (or light kit) or dehumidifier from any store (including online retailers). You must then supply the following documents with your completed rebate form:

• A copy of your dated sales receipt and/or invoice showing the manufacturer, model number, and price of the ENERGY STAR qualified product
• A copy of your most recent Ameren Illinois Utilities bill
